I have not made this dish yet but it sounds delicious! I'm not sure how to roll it though..... should I completely cover the butter with the end/sides of the chicken and then roll? Or just fold them in slightly so that they're next to the butter and roll because will that be able to keep the butter in once it starts to melt inside? also is it ok if after it is rolled, one side has thicker chicken than the other? And lastly does the temperature have to be EXACTLY 360 degrees because i don't really want to go out and buy a thermometer. *sigh* I really want to make this dish but I obviously don't know what I'm doing! Oh and what does "butterflying" mean? thanks!!

I have recently gotten my husband into watching the Food Network. This was the first show he watched and we made it the next night. The tarragon and butter mixture make for an amazing moistening sauce with the panko crusted chicken. Very tender. Very good. I've passed this recipe on to many people who have raved about it.

I am a beginner when it comes to cooking, and I made this for my family tonight. They all loved it! The only problem I ran into is that the medium high heat that was recommended for the oil was too high and my first chicken breast came out a bit burnt. I definitely think I will make this again though!

I liked the way the chicken was made and the dish itself, but the herbs didn't add a lot to the dish I thought.

Very tasty even my mother loved it and she's a tuff cookie. My only complaint is that it was not a 30 minute meal by my clock, but all in all we loved it just the same.

I am a huge fan of Rachael Ray's, going on 4 years now. I first tried this recipe without ever having Chicken Kiev and after trying hers, I have no reason to try any other! Every so often I like to mix it up and alternate the filling for basil and mozzarella and bake it in the oven. I also like to have my butcher flattened and butterfly my chicken in advance. It is so easy to cook, try this one the next time you buy chicken breasts!
