Rachael needed to make a video for this recipe because it didn't make much sense as I was making it. The chicken with the mushrooms and pasta with tomatoey sauce didn't match. After awhile I started feeling queezy.

Ok so first off let me say this was delicious. That being said, let me just follow by saying I totally messed up the recipe. It didnt even matter. I don't know how people can say this doesnt have flavor. The ingredients were so flavorful themselves that you can mix them in any order and it still comes out amazing. I dont know if its fair to give 5 stars since I don't know that I made this exact dish, but I made something my family loved based on this "outline" and ingredient list that was great!

Absolutely wonderful! Niece allergic to mushrooms so I substituted thin sliced shallots & a litttle white wine great. Made several times for company with success. Rach you are a great cook, haven't had a bad recipe yet!

Only made the chicken. It was light and delicious. Doubled the chicken, garlic, marsala and used smart balance instead of butter. Must season with salt and pepper at the end or lacks flavor. Used package of regular mushrooms and package of shitake. Next time will add more capers too. Much lighter than traditional chick marsala as it was not dipped in egg and flour. Everyone had seconds!

I am huge RR fan and have always enjoyed every recipe I have tried of hers. This recipe is good, but not one of her best. Certainly worth the try.

Another Racheal Ray recipe that was horrible and a waste of money! I'm left wondering how this 'cook' was able to get multiple shows! Two strikes and you're out! Too bad one star needs to be added in order to submit a rating.

Delicious! My whole family loved it, 5 of us from 2 years to 44. We will be making this one again and again! I did not change a thing aside from the suggestions Rachel made. Used Fettuccine and Baby Spinach instead of Pappardelle and Arugula.

I would MUCH rather have chicken Marsala, with a good mushroom gravy. I cook a LOT from recipes on the food network and of perhaps 50-60 recipes, this has been the least tasty. In fact, I poured out the gravy and started new gravy with the mushrooms. I tossd the noodles with Olive oil and lemon pepper and served with the chicken and mushroom sauce (after adding a bit of flour to it MUCH better. Sorry. This one would be given 0 stars if possible...
