I wanted to try a new recipe for Marsala and tried this one...It was OK..I havent made it since tho..I also didnt like the result of the sauce-kind of unexciting.the tomato did nothing for me ...I love Rachel and lots of her recipes-- but this one just didnt come up to my par of a Chicken Marsala...I'll go back to using Emerils recipe...

YUM, YUM, YUM - this one is a repeat at our house! I can never find pappardelle, so I just use fettucine. This recipe (like most of Rachel Ray's makes a TON of food - enough for lots of leftovers. I throw the chicken, pasta, and sauce in a casserole dish and mix it altogether for leftovers later in the week or freeze it. This is such a tasty dish - one of my favorites! The spinach/arugula I could take or leave - doesn't add a whole lot except a pretty color. A nice side salad would work fine, too.

I think this recipe would have been great if she had gone to the trouble to mention which Marsala to use. I have never cooked with it before, and when I tasted the chicken it lacked flavour..it was flat. I looked at the bottle and it said "Dry" Marsala. I called the liquor store and found out there is another "sweet" Marsala..and I'm thinking this is the one I needed to buy. So although my dish turned out bland..it was still edible.

Someone needs to remind Rachel to give the details regarding ingredients.

My husband (who does not usually cook made this for our Valentine's day dinner. WOW it was Marvalasala! We have made it since then and substituted flavored fettuccini noodles for the whole wheat and enjoyed this even more!

I've tried many of Rachel's recipes and this is the best. More interesting then the usual mix of flavors. We all loved it!!! The rosemary in the pasta sauce blends perfectly with the marsala in the chicken.

My husband and I did not care for either the chicken or the pasta sauce. They did not seem to belong together. Unfortunatley, it makes enough for four adults, so we had to toss the leftovers
