I rated it a 3 star recipe because the pasta gravy didn't do too well with the fettucine pasta. The flavor was yummy...interesting texture.
Marsala part was amazing. Very good!

I love chicken marsala anyway, and this one is simple, healthy and tasty. We didn't do the pappardelle. We just did mashed red potatoes....we also added extra mushrooms

The gravy for the fettucine was really good. Had to add a bit of salt and pepper, though, but the directions did say salt and pepper to taste. Remember to put olive oil in the water with fettucine. My first batch had the noodles sticking to each other and not cooked when taken out. Chicken very good. Love that sauce as well. And, although Rachel definitely has a thing for arugula, it really did make a nice garnish. My gravy was reddish-orange, the chicken and mushrooms cream and brown. The arugula added a nice green. I put on the sides and not on top of the chicken. Would be a great dish for guests.

Used buttered noodles instead of the rosemary gravy....added a pinch of thyme to chicken when seasoning.

This recipe ROCKED...literally one of the best meals I've had (and I'm a big food snob. It took me ages to make (an hour! but it was soooo worth it. I would make this to impress new guests!

I absolutely loved both parts of this recipe (the chicken and the pasta. The rosemary added a great flavor to the pasta, and the chicken was just DELICIOUS. However, my mother didn't like the pasta at all, just for personal taste. I would make this recipe again and again though - 5 stars!

My husband & I were in a recipe rut and this was a great new addition! Though it didn't take us 30 minutes (I don't know how Rachel Ray does it, it was still great and easy to make. Definitely a keeper!

Very woodsy and filling, much easier if you prep all of the ingredients before hand. Took about 1 hour, instead of 30 minutes.
