These were so simple I was able to lay out the ingredients and my husband put them together while I had my evening walk. I used ground turkey instead of chicken and just simply topped them with the yogurt instead of the mango chutney as I could not find it at my local grocery.

I've tried so hard to mimic what our falafel guy makes, but I've never gotten the spices right. This was IT! I used turkey, and I'm glad RR recommended lamb/chicken because any of this is lighter than the deep fried chickpeas that come in a regular falafel. I left out the mint because I don't like it in savory foods. But, the yogurt mixture was spot-on to the sauce in our favorite falafels. I left out the chutney because, as I mentioned, I wanted to mimic a falafel which does not have chutney. My husband LOVED this! He said, "you nailed the flavor of the falafel sauce!"
    Will make again for sure!

This was a refreshing twist on the old hamburger classic -- delicious.

We really enjoyed this variation on the classic burger. I used turkey instead of lamb/chicken. I made the mistake of cooking the meat an extra 2 minutes, making them a bit dry, but that was my own mistake. The herb mix was very delicious, and not something I would normally put together myself. Will definitly make these again! Thanks for another great recipe Rachael!

I really like this recipe. My kids however thought the complex flavors too different. A good adult meal, date meal, or just for yourself. If kids are present may want to heat up some hot dogs also.

This is a great, quick recipe. M only suggestion is to not go too heavy on the yogurt. It made it a bit challenging to cook the patty all the way through.

I added a small dollop of low-fat sour cream instead of the mango chutney and thought they were great. I will make again.

These were super fast and easy to make and full of flavor. They can be made into mini patties to serve as appetizers for a party.

Loved it and I even accidently put too much yogurt in it. Opps! But it was still great!!

The chicken patties are too good to describe. I added 1 garlic clove finely minced (I just love garlicand everyone loved them. Also, I just had one reheated for lunch. You can't do this with regular burger but the yogurt in the mix kept it moist.
