I ended up using the leftover meat for meatballs, used on the salad the next day and also has a favorite workplace snack.

Im pretty sure I actually accomplished this one in 30 minutes! It was so fast and easy! However, I cooked my burgers a little longer on the pan than suggested, for a total of 18 min (9 on each side for a perfectly juicy and flavorful turkey burger!

I only made the chicken patties but they were delicious. Juicy and full of flavor. I used fresh spinach that I wilted down with the garlic and onions for a little added nutrition.

I must admit I was more than a little skeptical while making these burgers. First, I have never made a burger with turkey or chicken and second, it seemed like the recipe called for an awful lot of spinach and feta. But I went on and followed the recipe as written. Let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised with the results! These are some very tasty burgers! They really do evoke the taste of spanakopita. They were not dry at all and I liked the texture and mild taste of the turkey breast. I liked the roasted pepper spread, but unfortunately not on this burger. I think it would be great on grilled fish, though. The yougurt dip was awesome! I served the burgers on Greek flatbread and served the yogurt dip with the sandwiches. I didn't make the fries. This is definitely a regular on my rotation.

I made a larger batch of the Yogurt sauce for a party and it goes great with raw veggies...very fast, very easy and very yummy! I saw another review that suggested using pita chips, which I tried and loved!

My roomie Joe made this recipe this time (when he's not making a R.R. recipe my other roomie is. I'm happy to say that he never looked in the oven and the fries were crispy perfection. But the burgers...oh the burgers...they tickled my mouth the tastes, combined flavors, I'm tellin' ya they were Mondo Yummo Beyondo!

There are many reasons why Rachel might be the reason more men can now cook *g* this hamburger is now yet another one of them! Thanks Rach!

This recipe was awesome!! This is the first time my husband and I have ever had a chicken burger. They are so flavorful and moist. We didn't care for the yogurt dip with the fries, it's excellent just to dip veggies in though. We also think the yogurt dip will be great with gyros!! All the components of this burger go together very well. I agree with others though, the burgers should be cooked over medium heat to cook thoroughly. I am emailing the recipe to several people recommending it. A must try!! Enjoy!!

We are housed in a hotel room for two months with only a microwave and a panini grill. This recipe is great. We could prep the ingredients, run to the gym, and then cook up our burgers in no time.
