As a working mom with three wonderful yet very pickie eaters, whom seldom like to venture outside there comfort zone,I decided to try something new. I could not beleive the kids reaction they were coming back for seconds, they did'nt even complain about the spinach in the burgers...IT WAS A BIG HIT !!
Thanks so much for helping me bring a little outside culture and diverse cuisine to this family.

I made these burgers this week and they were fabulous! My husband is very picky but he was begging for more. I made my own yogurt sauce with 1 cup whole milk yogurt, 1/2 grated cucumber (peeled and seeded, and 1-2 garlic cloves...served burger with salad and yogurt on mini pita breads and it was YUM-O! I actually made a second batch and froze them for an even quicker meal.

I have to say this is a good way to hide spinach. We thought the meat tasted kinda like meatloaf though, too many onions maybe? The sauces were tasty. We used parm instead of feta. Might make again with some adjustments.

I don't think I chopped the ingredients fine enough because the burgers were a little hard to form and cook without falling apart. Tasted great though!

Made the burgers with ground chicken and served with whole grain brown rice and green beans, skipped the bun and fries. They are awesome. Even good warmed the next day for lunch.

These were probably the tastiest burgers I have ever eaten. You won't be disappointed. I even mixed all the ingredients together ahead of time and made the patties so that when my company arrived, I just put them in the hot pan. What a hit! Everyone just LOVED them from my 1 1/2 year old nephew to my 80 year old mother. Highly recommend this to anyone.

I added an egg to the meat, and broiled these instead - they were the most amazing big, beautiful, juicy burgers I've ever made. A complete hit at the game night we hosted! I also put the tzatziki sauce on the burgers along with the tapenade-like sauce, instead of cucumbers and tomatoes, and it was delicious.

These are yummy burgers! I made them with beef to convince my mom that they can still be made to taste great, and whalla! You have to try this recipe, chicken, turkey, or beef!
