This burger was absolute heaven! I couldn't find ground chicken at the store, so I used ground turkey instead, and it was still delicious. I will try to get ground chicken next time though. This recipe is a must!

My husband and I loved the burgers..very moist and flavorful. I'll definately make them again! I was unable to find the Greek yogurt, so I strained regular yogurt thru a paper towel as she recommended, but the dip was way too runny. Won't make that again unless I find the Greek yogurt, or maybe even use sour cream as a substitute.

The burgers were wonderful but the sauce eas a little bit much by it self but if you added just a little bit to the burgers it was good.

This recipe was full of flavor and very easy to prepare. I used turkey instead of chicken. It was very tasty. Not too many fans of spinach in my house but..they all ate these without any concern for the spinach. Definitely a repeat. Next time, I'll double the redcipe and freeze half.

I cooked these burgers for my visiting parents. My Greek father loves spanakopita, and they both loved the burgers, too. I didn't use any additional salt; there was enough in the feta. Instead of buns, I served them with the fries and some vegetables. Fantastic!

What a gourmet burger, all the flavors go together so well. As my kids put this is "company food".
