This is one of my 6 year-old son's favorite meals; he'll request it at least once a week. I LOVE the fact that spinach is mixed in, for some extra hidden nutrition. Extremely easy to make, and pre-making the patties & freezing them works great.

Great and easy recipe. My picky husband looooooved it. I used it with beef and replaced the feta cheese with sun dried tomatos (small pieces. I also added some dill to go with the beef. turned out very juicy and yummy. thanks.

I saw other reviews mention that the yogurt sauce is too thin. The reason is all the water from the cucumber - instead of chopping the cucumber and putting all ingredients into a food processor, GRATE the cucumber with a large size cheese grater, then strain it, pressing as much liquid out as you can. Then mince the garlic and throw it, the grated, strained cucumber and all other ingredients(I would leave out the lemon...the yogurt is tart enough on its own into a bowl and jsut mix. This will result in a thick, flavorful sauce regardless of the type of yogurt you use. This is essentially a traditional Greek Tzatziki which is meant to be thick & spreadable, not runny.

I think this was the first Rachael Ray recipe I ever made. I love different ideas for burgers. This was by far AMAZING!!! This is a MUST TRY!!

I made the burger and sauces last night for dinner - It was wonderful. The red pepper sauce was very tasty. A great and easy week night meal. I would recommend it!

This burger is delicious! I usually eat frozen turkey burgers and never thought of making my own. I followed everything except for the yogurt dipping sauce and roasted red pepper spread. I was worried that I had put too much salt because I realized that the montreal seasoning had salt too! My husband was delighted and said I should make them for guests. I toasted the kaiser rolls, spread mayo on them, topped with pepper rings and sliced red onion! Delectable and healthy. Will definitely go into a weekly rotation for the summer!

Nowadays I make this recipe instead of a traditional beef burger. Don't modify a thing!

This recipe is wonderful! I use Turkey and follow the recipe exactly (except I don't make the fry dip...I did the first time and am not a fan. My husband, who is not a fan of turkey burgers, wanted me to make it once a week at first, and even requested that we entertain friends with it! Exploding with flavor!

This recipe is YUMMY! I made all of the components and found a few ways to make it leaner. First I used 99% lean ground turkey (very high in lean protein! and the flavor was awesome. I stuck exactly to the recipe and did not deviate except in the sauces/spread. I used low-fat plain yogart for the yogart dip and less lemon juice and more garlic. My sauce came out very thin, so it may be best to take the suggestion of using the Greek yogart. In making the red pepper spread I combined all of the ingredients from the recipe and added more and less of some ingredients to my taste preferance. I made the meat in smaller round portions when cooking, and instead of serving them on crusty bread I used warmed low fat pita. It was delicious, and one week later I am making them again!

I have made these burgers several times and they always taste great. I haven't made the sauce yet, but I've used ranch dressing instead. Since it's just me, I freeze the patties and have them for later. Best burgers I've had!
