I made these last night and they were amazing!!!! You must try this. Instead of making the sauce and the peppers separately I blended all the ingredients in the food processor...a bit watery, but the taste was delicious. I didn't use a non stick pan and ran into a bit of trouble there, but will definitely make these again. Everyone in the family LOVED them. Thanks Rachel

I made this awesome burger for my husband and I for a stay at home 4th of July. It was so delicious! The burger was very tender and juicy. I used turkey. Cooking it on Med- High for 6 mins. on each side cooked it perfectly. I used regular plain yogurt and just mixed the chopped cucumbers in the yougurt instead of putting it in the food processor so that it would not be runny. It turned out awesome. Instead of making the pepper spread(just seemed like a little too much, I just spread the yogurt sauce on top!! Super delicious! I would only suggest not to add any additional salt because there is plenty of seasoning with the feta and other spices.

These burgers are incredible! I made them for the first time a year ago. They were a hit then and still are. I can't get over how tasty they are even without the sauce! I have improvised by dicing and crushing roasted red peppers and mixing them with chopped parsley and mayo for the sauce-- easy and good. Anyone who walks in my house when I am cooking these always comments on how good it smells, and when they have tasted it, their eyes pop and they say, "You HAVE to give me this recipe!" Another easy substitute I have made is to serve them with sweet potato fries, sans sauce.

I made these last night and they were amazing!!!!! I made them with ground turkey and I would suggest it!!! I made the sause with normal yogurt and strained it but it was still too watery but the taste was dead on. Instead of a bun i used a pita with the sause and added some chopped tomatoes! I love this recipe and will try to make the sause again because i think if it's made right it would be pefect!

I made these according to the recipe, with one exception: I used ground lamb. DH absolutely loved them and asks for them all the time now! Delicious yogurt sauce!

Excellent moist, juicy burgers bursting with flavor. I always throw in some ground flax into my burgers too and no one ever knows with these ones. My whole Greek family loves these and they are weekly request.
Much easier than putting together a whole Greek dinner but just as tasty.

Burgers were moist and had wonderful flavor. Loved the roasted pepper sauce. Did not like the cucumber dipping sauce.

This is not your ordinary burger recipe! It's very tasty and quick and easy to double for a larger crowd. I loved the yogurt sauce, we used it as a`dip for the fries and on the burgers. Great dinner!!
