My husband and I love these burgers...we make them all the time! They have so much flavor. It is the best way to make turkey into a burger. We didn't really care for the topping so skip it if you don't have time or the ingredients on hand.

This recipe is so versatile, and very easy to do in less than "30 minutes." My husband actually grilled these burgers outside, instead of pan searing them and they were phenomenal! I have since sent this recipe to my mom and a co-worker that can not wait to try these gourmet burgers at home!

Made this recipe without the sauce and it was delicious! These burgers were easy to make and, despite what I thought might happen, they didn't even stick to the grill! Will make these again because they were delicious!!!

I USED GROUND TURKEY FOR THE BURGERS, AND JUST NOT AS MUCH SPINACH....AND IT STILL ROCKED!!! THEN THE CUCUMBER YOGURT DIP WAS GOOD TOO. I DIDNT BLEND THE YOGURT IN FOOD PROCESSER SO IT WOULDNT BE WATERY. I WAS GOOD LIKE THAT. ANDDDDD I COULDNT FIND GREEK YOGURT I USED LOWFAT YOGURT AND IT WORKED!! GREAT RECIPE

For those of you who can't find greek yogurt, buy regular or lowfat plain yogurt, and strain in a couple of paper towels for at least 4 hours (I line a vegetable steamer with the towels, and put it in a tupperware container in the refrigerator, so it is elevated, which leaves enough room to drain the longer you strain it, the thicker the yogurt.

Great meal Rachel! Everything was outstanding. The dip is a healthy choice and tasty! For everyone that is having trouble finding the greek yogurt check Wegmans or whole foods, not your typical shoprite.

I really enjoyed the taste of the burgers, the red pepper sauce was great and they were pretty easy to make. I didn't like the sauce for the fries tho (-1 star.

I really enjoyed preparing these easy, tasty burgers! The combination of chicken, spinach and feta was a marvelous flavor although we could not distinctly taste any one specifically. My family is not real big on piling on veggies to a burger so just lettuce, tomato with the yogurt dip instead of using that to dip the fries (wow, great flavor.
