These burgers are by far my favorite Rachael Ray recipe and one of my favorite things to eat, ever!!!
I use ground turkey and try to use fancy buns if I can get to the store, otherwise I just use really soft white buns. So good!!!!!

I couldn't find ground chicken in any of my grocery stores, so bought chicken breast and made my own ground chicken in the food processor. No longer a 30 minute meal, but I liked the texture, so I'll do it again. The oregano lends a "medicine" taste to the burger, so I think next time I'll try dill. This one definitely has potential.

My boyfriend (who despises anythinn GREEN is out of town for the night so I thought I would whip these burgers (I cut the recipe in half. SOOO GOOD, great flavor!!! I used pita bread instead, stuffed with lettuce and tomato, along with the yogurt sauce (made with sour cream. I love gyros, and although this if far from a traditional one, it definitely satisfied my hankering for one of those. Which is good, since I live in the sticks! Will see if the boyfriend can get past the "green" and give the leftover burger a try!

The burgers were very mild tasting but good. The topping was bitter-too much roasted red pepper. Had to add suganr and salt to make palatable

Very tasty and great withthe yogurt sauce (to make Greek styled yogurt, I buy Trader Joe's nonfat yogurt and drain it onto a sieve (or cheesecloth and leave it overnight; the result is a nice thick yogurt pretty close to the real Greek type.
