I made these into bite sized meatballs as an appetizer and now they are a staple at family get togethers. Imade the sauce for people to dip in to...a nice change of pace from befy meatballs with rich sauces!

The whole family, even the pickiest eater, my husband loves these. They reheat well in the microwave too.

These burgers were flavorful, hearty and very easy to prepare. They tasted excellent hot out of the pan and at room temperature. We used store bought yogurt/cucumber sauce, because we had it on hand, which saved even more time. This recipe will satisy most burger lovers and they will forget they are eating a healthier alternative.

These burgers have become a family favorite! they are easy to make, taste great, and are awesome left overs. We tend to skip the topping and rolls and just make the burgers, add a little ketchup and they are fantastic!

I make these burgers all the time for my family. I have a very picky eater and he inhales these. I made the yogurt dip once but didn't like it. It just wasn't for me. We pair this up with a great greek salad. We are having these tonight, Memorial Day 2007! (I have also tried the buffalo chicken burgers and they are awesome!

My husband and I have tried this recipe with chicken and turkey and love it!! (We prefer turkey over chicken but both are good Also very easy to cook. It's my favorite hamburger now and that's a feat! My husband doesn't like spinach but loves this recipe. We didn't make the yogurt dip-opted for tzatziki sauce-we found the recipe here and love it, too!

This was a great dish, a huge hit! My only suggestion is to take the recipe and split it into 6-8 servings unless you like a really big pattie. It is just too much food for one meal. But it is so yummy - and the patties (once cooked and cooled freeze up for a quick meal on the go. Also, do ensure you get a really thick and good quality plain yogurt for the dip otherwise it will end up runny, not the texture you want for a dip! Great recipe... love Rachel Ray!

These were the best burgers I have ever made/tasted. I made them with ground turkey and did not miss the beef at all. The feta and spinach kept them juicy plus they did not shrink like beef burgers do. My husband has asked me to make them once a week.
