of course it took me longer than Ms. Ray. But it was worth it.

Burgers were good. I didn't make the sauce/paste for them...which would have probably really made them special. The yogurt dipping sauce came out thin, so use Greek-style yogurt for a thicker consistency. I think I would spice them up with some pepper flakes next time.

This was very easy and close to 30 minutes in making. It was something new and different and VERY tasty! I would definitely make this again!

I made just the burger part of this meal (no feta on hand and they are terrific. I served them in a pita with lettuce, tomato, red onion and pepperocini and a store bought cucumber yogurt sauce. It was awesome and took no time at all. Will definitely make again and again.

I thought the burger tasted fantastic, but I definitely should have made the sauce as well. Although it was moist and juicy, it needed something a little extra and I'm sure the sauce would have done the trick! I'll make it again with the sauce next time!

the burgers were excellent. My husband and myself are both in the food business and are always trying new foods. This was a great new spin on a burger

These burgers are so incredibly tasty and delicious, I know I'll be making this recipe again! They are juicy and flavorful, and the accompaniments go perfectly with the taste of the spinach and feta in the burgers. I was really skeptical as to whether my boyfriend would eat them since he's pretty picky, but he loved them!

Instead of store-bought fries, I made yam fries and seasoned them with grill seasoning. Big YUM. :p

I liked the burgers, however my husband said they were a little too salty. Since I LOVE feta cheese I put in a little extra and that is why they were salty, so if you're thinking of adding a little extra I wouldn't recomend it! But otherwise these burgers were great!

I love the way the various flavors meld together in the burger. Very tasty.

I have not tried the sauce yet.

I was very happy when I made these burgers! They were delicous! I used Herbs de Provence instead of the Monterey steak herbs. I did decrease the amount of the herbs due to the difference - 1 Tablespoon. I did use the ground turkey instead of chicken; since our local commissary isn't currently offering it. It worked out great! I could not find Greek yogurt, so I strained regular yogurt with a cheese cloth. I don't have a food processor either so the yogurt did not end up thick at all. But the flavor was great! I highly recommend this dinner menu.. especially if you love Greek saled!
