This was delish! My husband and I liked it but my 16 yr. old did not. Much lighter tasting that a regular sub. We served on whole wheat rolls and less provolone. Definitely a keeper!

I think this could have been the best meatball sub I've ever had. The whole family enjoyed them.

I made only the meatballs, and they were great! I definitely will use this recipe again, as it is a nice change-up to beef/pork meatballs. I also like the fact that there's no frying. Fast, easy and delicious.

I just made the chicken parm meatballs. They are absolutely AMAZING. All the ingredients mixed so well together to create just the right amount of flavor in the meat. I will probably never make another beef meatball again. Highly recommended.

This was delicious. I have to maintain a gluten-free diet, so I substituted gluten-free breadcrumbs and a gluten-free roll for myself while my fiance enjoyed the sub on a regular crusty bread roll. We both loved it! A new addition to our favorites meals.

This was awesome. Our new years resolution is to eat less red meat and this recipe will definitely help us do that!

I really liked this recipe. My husband loved it. However, I'm not going to add the chicken stock next time. Way to liquidy for me. Other than that, I think it was great!
