Very delicious & EASY to make! The lemon, garlic, butter & capers ARE perfection together. I mistakenly thought I had some leftover white wine but I DIDN'T. So I just left out the wine. Also I substituted regular white onion instead of shallot. My little handy trick is to use CORN STARCH instead of flour. Corn starch allows you to use half the amount of flour & you dont have to worry about that "flour-y" taste. Yes, I also cut pack on the pasta. I used a regular 1lb box but I scooped out about 1cup worth of pasta. The sauce coated the pasta & chicken very well! I'd definitely cook this again.

Very easy, very fast. Very tasty too, but I'd do it again with maybe half the pasta. That way it would be meatier and saucier!

I have developed into a real big Rachel Ray fan. Her recipes are simplistic yet tasty. This one didnt disappoint. As with all recipes, i do it as written. After making it the pro's way first, then i deviate if I choose to make it again later. This one doesn't really need tweaking. My wife, an Italian, liked it too. Need i say more?

Fast & delicious! I saved some of my pasta water and thinned the sauce out, also used fusilli - worked great. The lemon juice and capers are always fantastic together. Served it with a caesar salad and some fresh Italian bread.

Very good recipe. I made it for my family, but my pasta was a little dry. I think next time, I will try to beef up the sausage to cover more of the pasta, but overall this was great.

I'm so confused when it comes to the "toss hot pasta with chicken." It was much too hot to toss with my hands so I tossed the whole pot spilling it all over the kitchen. The dog quickly devoured everything leaving me empty sad and hungry. Please simplify this step. thanks

This was delicious! I added sliced red bell pepper for color and made Ina's roasted parmesan broccoli as a side. My hubby (the food critic really enjoyed it!
