This is a light and delicious meal. My guy is very picky and a health nut so it was very much to his liking.

I made this last night. Overall it was okay, nothing spectacular. I thought it was a little bland if you follow the recipe exactly. I ended up having to add crushed red pepper to spice it up a bit and wee bit more salt than was suggested. I also think I like my food with a little more pizazz and I am starting to think that Rachel’s recipes are more on the bland side for my taste. However, the other people eating it enjoyed and said they would eat it again.

I really enjoyed this dish a lot!! This dish was also very easy to follow. However, I tweaked it a bit. I didn't add: shallots, or capers. I added: red bell pepper, green onion, onion in the sauce, sausage and steamed broccoli. It tasted so delicious!! I made enough for a great lunch the next day! My co-workers were really jealous. I also made enough penne rigate pasta for another dish I'll make. I would recommend it to any new cook like me. I think this is a really great dish that will keep anyone satisfied.

OMG! This was so good! I don't really like capers, but without them, it wouldn't have been piccata. I used leftover rotisserie chicken instead of chicken tenders. I think this recipe will become regularly used in my recipe inventory.

I always serve any piccata over pasta anyway, so this just made it a little easier to prepare and eat. I will continue to make traditional piccata, but this will definitely be made again in our house!

Made this as a side dish for a party and overall no one was wowed by it. It was my first time trying capers which I discovered I do not like, but overall everyone thought the dish was too lemony. So I would definately cut the lemon in half if I were to ever make it again which I probably won't. I was full of flavor just way to much lemon flavor for me and my family.

I had chicken breasts thawed for dinner but no recipe in mind - Rachel and Food Network came through again. We all enjoyed the flavor, but I didn't give 5 stars becuse i just didn't think it looked very appetizing! After browning the chicken, the pan drippings / pan glaze made the sauce a dingy brown color. When i make it again (and I will!, I'll either brown the chicken less or wipe a little bit of the 'color' out of the pan before making the sauce.

This dish was so good. My family loved it, even my picky 10 year old. It made enough for dinner 2 nights and lunch the next day.

This has become a weekly standard in our home. My kids (4 of them are always requesting it! I have made without the wine (and increase the broth, and I do not use the butter to help make it more figure friendly. I also use whole wheat spaghetti to boost the nutritional value.
REALLY delicious, and easy!
