Very, very good. It's easy and you can add additional veggies if you have them or substitute others.

This is a wonderful, light, refreshing soup that would be great to serve all year round. I've served this soup several times and we like it just as much without the olive tapenade.

You can tell this is a healthy soup because of all the veggies. However, I think it lacks a little flavor. It is kind of boring, as far as soups go, but if you are looking for a basic soup or if you are just starting to learn how to make soups, this is a good place to start.

Fresh, clean flavors but still hearty. Use the herbes de provence if at all possible, as it really makes an impact in the flavor. Delicious!

This recipe is as easy as it looks. I like to throw in other vegetables, whatever I have around. It makes great left overs! The important thing is to find a goog tapenade. The Tapenade makes it special.

The stoup was fabulous! I had been wanting to try something with the Herbes de Provence to see what it was like, & this fit the bill. Recipe was easy to follow, but I'm unsure if it could be done in 30 minutes. I never time myself, but I think I took longer than 30 minutes.

Overall, this soup is pretty good - good flavor coupled with fresh vegetables. However I did not care for the olive tapenade mixed in with the soup. Which I was not expecting since I do like olives - just an FYI for anyone searching for the olive tapenade (I had to go to a gourmet grocery to find it because they think it will add more flavor to the soup. Don't bother - it is just fine garnished with some fresh italian parsley.

Enjoyed making this and it turned out excellent. We ate most of it that night it was so yummy. I was lucky enough to find all the ingredients in my local store and the flavors allcomplimented each other. Yummy will make again soon!
