I made a larger amount and it just kept gettin' better with each warm up. It was quick and easy to pull together too. Everyone raved about it. This is a crowd pleasin' keeper for those cold damp days!

If you are looking for a flavorful, hearty soup, and you like the rosemary flavor from the "provencial" herbs, this is it. If Rosemary is not your taste, this recipe is not a lose - use it separately and go easy on the rosemary. I added a little cornstarch dissolved in water at the end because I didn't think the potatoes did enough. I used about 1 tablespoon. It is also better heated up the next day. We also put some cooked egg noodles in the serving bowl first. They were tasty in the broth!

This was the first time I cooked with wine. I have to admit I didn't use the whole cup because I was worried we wouldn't like it because my husband and I don't drink, however, the stoup tasted great.

Doesn't get much better than this! It was quick & easy and tasted great! Husband raved. I served it with toasted garlic bread. Yum! Delish!

This is my first time making a soup and I think I did a pretty good job! Easy and surprisingly hearty - veggies and chicken can be chopped beforehand for even faster cooking time

Watched the show and made the recipe for 4 people all were very impressed. I also timed the cooking and slightly more than 30 due to a slower cooking stove. We all loved it. Keep on cooking.

Very tasty. Next time I'll cut the potatoes smaller so it cooks in time.
