This soup is not only easy to make, but it is as good as any soup I have previously made that took hours to do. The tapenade was like the icing on the cake. Wonderful! It is hearty, full of flavor, and definitely a keeper. As Rachel suggests, all you need is crusty bread as it is a meal in itself.

Loved this "stoup" as did my husband. He kept asking for more. It was so EASY too. I used "kalamata olive spread" made by "Peloponnese" brand that I found at the market instead of black olive tapenade. We liked the added salty kick of the kalamata olives. This is definitely a "keeper".

This was a very easy, fast and healthy meal. The flavors of the spices together were something I have never had before in a soup...Very unique and delicious. You do a fabulous job and inspire me to want to cook instead of ordering out. It really is easier and faster to just cook!! Can you do another Portuguese show?..Looking for more recipees with chorico.

This was excellent. The herbs and the tapendad. I added some tomato paste because I really like a tomato taste. The Stoup and the Wine Spritzer go well together.

This soup will soothe your inner soul; it is so hearty, tasty, and aromatic. It has that "slow cooked" taste that makes your family so thankful that you watch 30 minute meals and the delightful host! I call this a soup that makes you feel happy.
