I was looking for a soup recipe, so I used only one cut up boneless chicken breast. Didn't have white wine so added additional chicken broth. Forgot to buy parsley!! Used 2 regular potatoes, peeled and diced. Didn't use the olive tapenade. (Couldn't find it, and that would be WAY too exotic for my hubby. Guess what? It was wonderful, really fresh tasting. The Herbs de province are ESSENTIAL and smell wonderful. I think I might even add fresh green beans next time. SUPER easy to make. This will be a keeper recipe for sure. Thanks, Rachel.

Very easy, very healthy. It took only 30 minutes. The first pot I made went so fast I ended up making a second.

"A stoup is thicker than soup and thinner than stew and best of all, a one-pot meal!"

Really easy and good. Also works to brown chicken first in flour.

I had been sick for a couple days and felt like some good soup to make me better and it did the trick; only thing i omitted was the tapanade because my grocery store was out of it...

This is the best soup in the world. My husband and I absolutely love it. It's super easy and it uses ingredients already in my kitchen. And, it's easy to substitute any of the veggies for ones you love.
