It was so easy and simply! I love that there were only four ingredients and I usually try as many of Rachel's recipes as I can. They are always excellent!

So quick and easy to make and so good tasting. I added a layer of creme fraiche and fresh chopped cilantro. Multi layers of texture and taste. So good.

We are always going to a get together and I am tired of taking almost the same thing. I tryed this and everyone loved it. If you have any other suggestions plese let me know. Something fast and simple, for we do not know until the last minute that we have to have something.
Thanks Alot

I really liked this and now is a lunch favorite! Next time I am going to try chicken, monterrey jack, a little bit of blue cheese, Frank's hot wing sauce. Racheal, you can use this one if you want!

This was a nice spin on a traditional quesadilla. I used el pato salsa con jalapeno, it was thinner and easier to spread. My husband and daughter loved them. They were so easy, too!

I made these for my holiday party on Christmas Eve. They were delicious and a big hit, but a bit messy to put together. Rachael makes it looks so easy!

Just made these as an appetizer for Thanksgiving dinner. They were a big hit. I have never used chipolte salsa before and it added a nice flavor. I did cut mine into 1-1/2" lengths and stood them on end in a cake pan. Would recommend waiting at least 5 minutes before cutting.
