Watching this show, I said, "I gotta try this". Don't forget the extras from the show like cherry tomatos, radishes, mint and basil! They really bring all the flavors together. I will definitely make this again- using more hot sauce. (Can't see carrying it on a plane with no ice pack- good gimmick tho.

I am not a huge fan of peanut butter so I was a little skeptical about these "sammies." But it turned out wonderful! Absolutely delicious. I can understand why some people wouldn't like this. There is a lot of asian flavors such as the soy sauce, lime, and peanuts. But I love all types of asian food. I put some raw onion on my sammie! Yummy. Try the recipe. If you don't like it then someone else in your family will.

I made this the other night for my husband and I, and we really enjoyed it. I think next time I would use a little less peanut butter... and we omitted the lettuce altogether, and it was great. Served it with a tangy cucumber salad.

The flavors in the sauce came together wonderfully, but the texture was not what I had expected. I think maybe this was due to the fact that I used organic peanut butter. I'll try it again with Jif.

The Montreal Steak Seasoning was wonderful on chicken. I use it on steak all the time and had never thought of using it on chicken. This chicken will be a regular for us in salads and pitas.

These were delicious. We are planning to drive from Florida to Missouri this year on vacation and so we thought we would see if we liked these. Well we have had them 3 times and everytime they were better than the last.

These sammies are excellent! I added radishes and a few other things to the greens that I remember from the show. Amazing results! The radishes definatly made a BIG difference.
