I wanted to try this recipe to expand my family's dinner experience from our regular spagetti, tacos, mac n' cheese menu. The looks I got from the boys made it worth making! Carrots and cucumber on a bun were just as scandalous as peanut butter chicken! In the end everybody ate their dinner and some had seconds. Overall I didn't really like the taste of peanut butter and lime juice. But it was fun and easy to make.

This confirms what I would sometimes think about Rachael Ray's dishes: some are made up out of far left with no basis for pleasing the tasteuds. This recipe was awful. Generally, I think she does a good job, but this was very bad.

No one at my table enjoyed this. Thankfully, I was able to whip up a backup meal.

We loved this recipe. I made the peanut sauce and it was a little tart for my taste buds so I added a little splenda and it balanced right out. We also served this on crispy romaine leaves as a wrap instead of making it a sandwich. Will make this one again, Thanks girl!

The peanut butter made the sauce sort of chalky. It was weird. Too weird to be good.

I'm shocked that anyone rated this recipe below a 5. I'm generally very critical of recipes and both my husband and I loved it. It's tangy with a little kick and goes great with any kind of bread. Yum!

I love this recipe because Rachel uses ingredients that we use on a regular basis so we don't have to go out and buy an ingredient that we probably won't use anymore.

My husband and I enjoyed this easy meal, but we added more hot sauce for extra heat.
