The chicken was very good, but my peanut sauce came out much thinner and lighter in color than Rachael's. I tried to remedy this, but never got it quite right. In the end, the sauce was just rather bland. I'd like to catch this episode on tv again, because the recipe online definitely omits some things used on TV, and I think this is probably what's wrong with the sauce.

Easy and delicious! Though for a suggested carry-on sandwich, I found it a bit messy.

First time having satay and it was delicious. My boyfriend and me had it for dinner 2 nights in a row.

I made these last night for dinner. Used a sweet, asian, garlic hot sauce to balance the saltiness of the soy. Messy, but everyone loved them!

I saw the show today and made the chicken for dinner on top of a salad. (Didn't have nice rolls. We loved it! A couple of changes...substituted applesauce for apple juice(didn't have any per another reviewer's recommendation. (Excellent Only used 1/2 lime in the peanut butter. Was very good...not too much or too overpowering. Drizzled a small amount of Asian Sesame Dressing over salad. Absolutely delicious. We have a new favorite chicken salad recipe with a twist in our house!!!!

    Very disappointing!!!
The taste did not resemble restaurant chicken satay.

This recipe was a hit with my family. I especially liked the peanut thai sauce on the chicken. I will make this again!

During cucumber season, this is a great, quick dish. It has become a staple when I need to whip up dinner in 30 minutes. It is cool and refreshing. I prefer smooth peanut butter. It doesn't need to be accompanied with any side dish. I don't see this working as airplane food, though: it's very messy.

This keeps a long time and it was quick and easy to throw together. A little chopping, but good.

I thought this came out fine, but my husband did not. It may be because I love asian food, especially Thai, and he really doesn't like asian food unless it is a very simple chinese or japanese dish. The lime was also a bit overpowering.
