Awesome recipe! Must add more red chilli flakes next time, but otherwise delicious. I did add a lot more veggies- cauliflower and mushrooms, I think that made the dish a lot better.

Made this together with the family and turned out amazing! I substituted chunky peanut butter for creamy. Tastes even better the next day. I mixed the sauce in with the stir fry and it thinned it out a bit but still tasted great and the sauce wasn't overpowering.

Excellent! Loved the layers of flavors. I used green beans instead of snow peas because I had them. I will reduce the amount of red pepper flakes next time. I liked the spice but the family thought it was too much.

Really liked the recipe! Will make it again - it keeps you busy the whole time your cooking with the chopping and sauce making. I only omitted the red pepper (I am not a fan of spicey and I forgot the basil. I will make again.

This recipe is a keeper! My husband orders out every Friday, except when I make this dish. It tastes even better the next day. Made several times, did cook the sauce into the chicken mix, don't recommend it, just pour on top and serve!

It was great to me. Even tho it was a little spicy for my taste but I couldn't stop eating it. My husband didn't really care for all the chunky peanuts but still enjoyed it as well. Maybe next time I'll try it with creamy peanut butter.

Really tasty - use bagged stir fry veggies to save time since chopping time is lengthier than recipe says - I will double the sauce next time - substituted OJ for the orange zest - added sauce to the chicken/veggies in pan and it blended wonderfully! Will definitely make this again

I really liked the sauce for this dish, but i thought it was a little thick to be a stir fry sauce. i would have liked it much more as a dipping sauce. i think the fresh ginger really made it. i didnt use all the vegetables that were suggested. i just used a bag of frozen stir fry vegetables and added in scallions. per other people's suggestion i doubled the sauce recipe. it was very tastey on top of the stir fry but next time i'd try to thin it out. thick peanutty sauce over rice/veggies/chicken can be a little much. all in all though it was very good.

I thought it was average. Had to up the OJ and loosen the sauce. Also, there was way too much soy sauce in the sauce. Didn't really compare to other peanut sauces which are lighter and use lime juice, but it was tasty and fair enough for a weeknight dinner. May make again.
