This is a wonderfully intense tasting dish. I doubled the sauce and used chicken thigh meat instead of breast.

This was very good and easy to make. Prep time was a little long but well worth it. My family loved it!

Some people have complained that the sauce was too thick. Add the sauce to the pan of chicken/veggies and stir it in over heat. The sauce becomes thinner and disperses through the food better. Very good.

WOW. What a great recipe! You could taste everything. Preparation took a little longer than usual but well worth the trouble! Rachael - You outdid yourself girl!

I was very excited cooking this food and made it exactly as it says on the recipe, but was disappointed. I found the peanut butter was way too overpowering..

Absolutely LOVE this recipe. It was easy to follow and better than take-outs.I could eat the whole plate if I wasn't on a diet. Very tempting!. I used brown rice instead and clementines because that's all we had at the moment. Turned out yummy!

We are trying to save money and I was really missing our local Thai take-out. This almost makes up for it! So delicious. Great flavor and easy to make.
