This was so awesome!! What amazing flavor....great thai dish! Definitely a keeper. Hubbie and I loved it. Just substituted regular soy sauce for tamari and made plain white and brown rice for family.

I really liked the idea of this recipe. I usually love the satay chicken in Malaysian restaurants. This recipe was okay. The first few bites were great- super tasty. And then it felt too rich and too one-note.

    Excellent, easy, and budget friendly!..
I did follow some of the recommendations below: Marinate chicken ahead, added a more orange juice and added coconut milk!. Everyone loved it.

No questions about it, this is a awesome dish! Its not the prettiest meal when its done, but the taste can't be beat. The orange scented rice is also fantastic on its own and is simple to make. If you like thai food, stir-fry, peanut butter or chicken....you will LOVE this!

This is very good, quick and easy. I've made it several times now so have changed the recipe some by adding more veggies and making it a bit more saucy.

Absolutely delicious!!! Would definitely make this one again. I don't know if I used too much peanut butter but the sauce was thick to me. Will definitely be making this one again!

Delicious! I did make a few small adjustments, I only used the zest of one orange for the rice (since the ones I had were really large and I added a 1 inch piece of (peeled ginger to the rice while it was cooking. I also juiced the whole orange for the peanut sauce because it was a little too think with only half. The dish was amazing, I will definitely be making it again!
