This was great but a little annoying to make. The orange in the rice was great and went well with the chicken. The dish is even better the next day! The sauce is delicious!!

I tried this recipe and it turned great. I followed the suggestions of the other reviewers and doubled the sauce which worked out perfect. My family enjoyed this dish as it was very tasty and quite filling. I especially found myself a fan of the orange jasmine rice. This recipe is a wonderful way to put together items that one generally already has in the kitchen. Thank you RR for the recipe and to all of the reviewers that made suggestions and comments on this recipe as I use them to perfect my dish.

A quick and easy recipe which is vegetarian friendly. I substituted seitan for the chicken and everyone enjoyed it. I doubled the penut sauce and it works well with noodles and makes a great salad dressing. Add a little curry and WOW!!

I really liked this recipe. I used fresh from the gardne sugar snap peas and not snow peas. Next time I would like to decrease the red pepper flakes to only 1/2 tsp at the most. With a 4 year old and 18 month old, the spiciness didn't suit them very well but I loved it.

My family does not care for stir fry, but when I made this for dinner it was a winner. I didn't have dark soy so i used reg also I took others advise & doubled the sauce recipe. You can add just about any veg you like I added water chusnuts, snow peas, onions red bell pepper & baby corn. Got my son to eat his veggies.Great left as left overs also.

I always bug my husband to let me make stir-fry for dinner, but he refuses because we don't have a good sauce recipe. This one finally gets his approval! The meal was very easy to coordinate (I chopped all the veggies ahead of time. He did not like the orange rice but I thought it was delicious, with a subtle orange flavor that really complimented the peanut sauce. Our sauce came out rather thick, so next time I will try the juice of a whole orange. Also, I ended up cooking the chicken way longer than what the recipe called for since it wasn't done, so next time I will add the second set of veggies about 4-5 minutes later so they are more crisp. But I am definitely adding this recipe to my list of favorites and will make it again.

This a wonderful recipe and really easy too! The sauce is perfect and I would not change a thing. For me, there was just the right amount of spice. Any more and it would be too much (this is coming from someone who does not have a palette for spicy food. The best part is this is so easy and you can have it out in no time!! I would recommend making more sauce since it would have been nice to have some on the side...
