This dish was great. I just made it for diner. I added some corn starch to make the juce thicker. Next time I will use more of hot cherry pepers b/c my hubby said it was not hot at all ( he LOVES hot food and I added more h.c.p. that the recipe called for : Over all this was great dish, and definitely it is a keeper!!!!

This was really great and quick. I added about half of a large sweet onion to the vegetables and also squeezed half of a lemon between the vegetable/chicken mix and the orzo mix. Also added some chicken broth to the pasta. Turned out GREAT!

This recipe is gorgeous! I would eat it every day if I could. I love the hotness ( I actually add more heat and adore the lemony orzo. I get rave reviews...can't wait to make this again and again!

I made this recipe for my sister-in-laws family as she just came home from hospital and couldn't cook.

I made it with white zinfindel (that's all I had and also used bow-tie pasta and they raved at how deliciious and begged for the recipe.

After I assembled all together, I did grate some fontinella chesse ontop but any grating chesse would do.

It's truly easy and delicious!!! 5 Stars!!! Denise, Oreland 6/20

This dish is fabulous! Thank you Rachael. It was so easy and the flavor was wonderful and a huge hit with my family! Make sure you brown the chicken as long as you would like it. My boys tend to like things more on the well done side and you cannot over cook this dish. The right hot peppers were very important to this dish as was the poultry seasoning. Don't change a thing it is perfect all the way to the fresh italian parsley at the end. When I served the platter I thought Rachael Ray handed me the dish herself! Awesome!

I followed this recipe to the letter (though I used three lemons instead of two for zest and it was a huge hit when I served it to my friends. Very tasty, just enouh spice that was perfectly tempered by the lemon orzo. Chilled white wine is a wonderful compliment. A guaranteed success that is sure to solicit kudos to the chef!

I made this recipe when i was snowed in one time. Unfortunately, I didn't have the wine that was required for it. But, in the end, I loved it! I love the lemony taste with a tiny hint of spicy to it. I was a very good pasta dish.

We love this dish! My mother now makes it for Sunday dinner when 3 generations dine together, although she has to adjust the recipie for the number of people in our family. My family is picky, but one thing we can all agree on is that we love spicy hot food. We ended up fighting over who got seconds! (Even my dad, who hates chicken!
This dinner also reminds me of a dish I love at local Greek restaurant that I never know the name of because it is just included in the buffet. Furthermore, the orzo by itself if wonderful. While I normally enjoy garlic, sometimes when I don't feel well I don't like a lot of garlic, so I make the orzo and eat just that. It is perfect for times like this and is still very flavorful!!
The entire recipe is one of my all-time favorites!

This is a fantastic dish. If you dont like spice, then adjust it to your liking! I did not have the cherry peppers, instead I used a hot giardiniera. I think you can look at any of these recipes and take what you like from them. Make your own version that suites your tastes! I will give this one an A++.

I actually liked the make up of this except for the lemon zest. it just didnt seem to fit with the pepers and chicken I think that some tweaking over the couscous ingredients this would be an awesome dish. we're southerners so we like butter and salt and that kinda stuff i think it would be much better.... GOOD LUCK!
