This was a good recipe, but I think I was a bit overzealous with the cherry pepper! I also used the zest from 1 lemon instead of 2 and it was a nice balance and not at all overpowering. With a bit of tweaking to my family's tastes, it will be a good recipe to make often! Very easy!

Easy to make and tasty on the plate!! I used 1.5 jalapenos instead of the cherry peppers and whole wheat thin spaghetti instead of the orzo, but really loved the overall combination--especially the zing of the lemon zest.

We love a dish from Carino's Italian rest. that reminds us of this same meal. I add onion along with the peppers and toss it all with angel hair pasta instead of orzo. It's a favorite among our dinner guests and we make it often.

The recipe is great, although, my husband likes his Chicken Scarp. to have a kick. So, I chopped up cherry peppers from an 8 ounce jar and added all of the oil to the mixture in the pan at the end. I let it simmer for about 15 minutes to let the chicken absorb everything.
I used Paesana cherry peppers in oil.
    My hubby loves it!!

Great dish, was tooooo hot for my wife but I loved the fire and the flavor was great. One of the few recipes where the chix breast actually had a good flavor. And of course had to test the wine first to make sure not to ruin the recipe. took me a little longer the first time(could it have been the wine but will do it again soon with less hot pepper.

didnt have italien parsley, used cilantro and it was excellent.

Although I enjoyed this as much as all the other reviewers, I didn't think it had the eye appeal of Rachael's! and I didn't think it was a recipe I would necessarily recommend as a "must have". I couldn't find the hot cherry peppers so was recommended a substitution with a warning: cook with caution. I only used one and it was plenty hot and I like spice. I think I would double the sauce if I were to make it again.

This is a quick and simple meal to make, but it tastes like you spent hours in the kitchen.

I made this recipe with chicken thighs and red pepper flakes. I added too much pepper flakes so it was a little hot but I will definetly make again. I wasn't going to make the orzo but at the last minute I did and am sooooo glad It was delicious. I thought it might be too lemony with all that zest but it was just right.
    Thanks Rachel.
