The recipe comes in handy, whenever you want to impress someone, because the presentation is just stunning, and it goes hand in hand with the taste.
It's simple to make (although you do have to be quite quick to handle the phyllo leaves and very satisfying.

I made this and substituted the chicken for crab meat. Very good. I also made it the way Rachel did just as good. An even quicker tip... Substitute phyllo dough for phyllo dough cups. Pepperidge Farms makes cups. You take them out of their package, and put them in the oven, and while they are baking you make the filling. Ready to eat in half the time.

Great for an appetizer/hors d'ouevre, not quite big enough for an entree. Delicious and easier than I expected to prepare.

I absolutely loved this simple but elegant meal. It was so pretty with all of the bright colors. It will be a nice addition to our holiday menu.

I tried this receipe this week for the first time. I was impressed with the distinct flavor the sun-dried tomatoes and feta cheese added. The phyllo cups did burn a little around the edges, so I will reduce the temperature for my oven. My husband and I really enjoyed it. Rachel certainly helps add new tasty ideas to my kitchen.

This was quick, easy and super yummy as predicted. I used the spinach from the frozen bag so it had more body than the boxed type. Love the feta cheese.

It's not quite as authentic but you can use Pre formed Puff Pastry cups from freezer section instead of Phyllo. Similar form and texture, but goes directly from freezer to sheet pan/oven in less than 15 seconds or less
