This meal was very tasty. I was a little nervous since I had never cooked with phyllo before, but it was really quick and easy to make (just make sure you give the phyllo a couple hours to thaw out...duh! one would think I would have read the directions never using it before, but I didn't. I followed the recipe exactly and flavor was delish. I love kalamata olives so I chopped some up and sprinkled them on top and they were a good addition.

I love this dish and it is now one of my standbys. The sun dried tomatoes add a great tang. I made it just as the recipe states and did not think it needed any added seasonings. One of my favorites.

I made small phyllo cups using mini muffin tins (warning - watch them carefully in the oven as they don't take long! and then created an appetizer-sized version of the dish, adjusting the portions accordingly. I cut the chicken into very small pieces and added a little greek seasoning to the chicken mixture as it was cooking. I used fresh chopped baby spinach instead of frozen and for the cheese I used a tomato-basil feta. I also made everything ahead of time so the flavours in the chicken mixture would have time to develop and then heated the filling up and spooned it into the cups just before serving. I would make this again!

I really don't understand the reviewers who say you need to add more spices. Feta Cheese? Sundried Tomatoes? Spinach? Please!, all bring lots of flavor to the party. This dish needs nothing more. The Phyllo cups are a nice touch. Really help the the presentation. I can't wait to make again.

I really don't agree with other reviewers saying there wasn't enough flavor here...on the contrary i think it was packed with flavor! My only (sort-of negative comment was that i didn't think the phyllo cups did it justice (for a main meal anyways. Next time i think i'd love to try this combo over some pasta! My mother (who "hired" me to cook for her once a week and I loved it!

I agree with previous users, it needs more flavor. While cooking this I thought it smelled so wonderful so I tasted it a few times, adding salt and pepper each time. The crunch of the phyllo and the salty feta were really terrific but something was definitely missing. I may play with this to figure it out.

I'm not sure what herbs and spices should have been in here, but sure as anything it needed more than salt and pepper.

Shame, it could have been a great recipe, but it was a little bland.

I wish I had read other's reviews first as I wouldn't be surprised is someone suggested the solution.

very tasty, it was a hit at my house and with my guests. I didn't bother with the muffin tins because I didn't want to bother with having another thing to clean. Personally, I think it's much easier to eat if you just make packet with the phyllo. Also, this is in no way a 30 minute meal, and I'm someone who is rather practiced with phyllo. Otherwise, quite good.

This is one of my staple chicken dishes. It's a quick easy dish to prepare for dinner or brown bag. I sometimes opt out the onions, but still yummy!!
I've never tried it with the phyllo cups, but never felt a need to use the cups
