This was just fantastic! I make a lot of Rachel's recipes and this one is definitely one of the best. It tastes delicious, is full of nutrients, and is easy to make... and this was my first time using phyllo dough (if there are any other newbies out there, thaw the dough out first... I made the mistake of not doing so and therefore shattered my first roll : . I also added some toasted pine nuts. It added great flavor, color, and texture. This dish is just so very good and so attractive looking!! Thanks to all who reviewed it and said how great it was!!!

This makes an awesome and easily transported appetizer or a nice light meal. The savory filling topped with the salty feta is a great match. I made the recipe twice in less than 40 miniutes. The 2nd time around I changed one thing - I doubled the amount of chicken and used leftover shredded rotisserie chicken. This recipe rocks! Thanks again, Rachel!!!

Very flavorful mix, instead of messing w/ the phyllo cups I roll the mix up in flatout (flatbread or put it on pre-made pizza dough. Luv it!

This recipe is delicious! It works great for a meal or an appetizer. The filling is easy to make, but the phyllo dough takes a little while to master. I need more practice with the phyllo.. but it came out delicious! Just make sure to squeeze all the moisture out of the spinach so the filling doesn't come watery. Will make again!!!!

I made this with mini muffin pans for an appetizer, but the filling was good by itself!

I used chopped chicken with creamed spinach and added a smidge of nutmeg.

My husband loved it he thought it was a Turkish dish.

    Thanks Rach, you're the best!

I made this recipe for my son and me. It's too bad my husband was out of town because it was the best tasting chicken dish I had ever had. My son even gave me compliments, which is amazing. Don't hesitate to try this one!
