I watched this episode a couple of nights ago. I already had cooked chicken and rice and just needed the mushroom sauce. My husband and I enjoyed this meal, which I did manage to put together in 30 minutes!

This recipe is too good for words. Of course, I love chicken, mushrooms and cream sauce. I'd never cooked with orzo before, and enjoyed and loved it as well, but you could use any pasta or rice if you don't like orzo, but it's worth a try too. It's quick, easy and so tasty.

I made this for dinner after watching the show - had to substitute onion instead of shallots but was still terrific and quick to make.
