Unbelievable. Simple, easy, fast. I think they were gone faster than the time it took to make them. Used 95% lean sirloin, "lite" hot dogs, el ranchero natural baked tortilla chips without salt and a green salsa as one of the garnish choices - delicious! Will try other ideas from these reviews with healthy, low-fat sibstitutions since one can't stop eating this dish. This is a permanent keeper. My advice: make a note on your recipe card to double the recipe because it's such a party hit!

I made this recipe for Super Bowl Sunday, and it was amazing! I used ground turkey and turkey dogs, to be healthy. I also served it over chopped romaine lettuce. It was delicious and easy too! We will be eating leftovers tonite, but we won't mind.

Awesome. I saw it and just had to make it. Not only did it take just 30 minutes but it was really easy to make which is great since I'm not a seasoned cook. I made it with ground turkey and turkey dogs....fabulous!!!

Made these for the big game and they were delicious. I even substituted to make it low fat and it still turned out great. Very filling!
