Every week we have a game night at my house and usually that means that I'm cooking. We got tired of take out and cooking in had saved money but it sure does make a mess. This recipe however is very simple and filling, so thanks RR for taking something like nachos and making it something other then an appetizer!

I like Rachel Ray and her recipes, but there are too many spices going in here. It was awful. I find that a lot of her recipes she puts in too many different spices and overkills it... Hated it. Sorry.

This was simple and quick which I really liked. If you're health conscious, leave out the hot dogs. You won't miss them. I added a can of green chilis, cubed an avocado, and added a can of sliced olives over the top before you add the cheese and broil. I only made half the recipe and it stll was plenty for 4 people.

I've always been skeptical to try recipes like this but for how simple and quick it looked to put together i gave it a try. It turned out fantastic!! It's now my fiance's favorite food for football games in fact he asks me almost every weekend now to make it for the game!

We added a can of chile w/no beans to the ground meat and used chile pequin instead of chile powder. This gave it spicier and added another layer of texture as well as taste to the topping. Our football playoff crowd loved them! Good thing I had enough fixings for two batches.
