    This was a great dish for our Super Bowl party this year. This is also a great dish for when you are doing potlucks at work. Everyone enjoyed it and also wanted a copy of the recipe.

    I made this and unfortunately all the corners of the tortilla chips that were sticking up above the chili and cheese burned. May want to make sure you either cover all the chips or not broil it that long.
    Other than that it was a great recipe and made enough for a dinner for my husband and I.

    This was a perfect short recipe. I served it for Super Bowl Sunday. And my family just about died for it. Now my boyfriend makes me make it all the time! This recipe is to die for.

    I fixed Rachel's Chili Dog Nachos for my wife on game night. She loved them so much she wanted me to personally thank Rachel from turning me from a flop to a very good cook. Thank you Rachel. When your in Dallas, TX again, my wife and I will be happy to hook you up with some of our favorite places.

    This was sooo easy and fast. It tasted great. I poured it on fritos instead of the white corn chips. Boyfriend ate it all that night. Will definitely make it again and again.

    One of the few dishes that my whole family raves about. For variety, sometimes I put it over Fritos instead of corn tortillas. Yummeeeeee.
