    wonderful

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
This is great!! My fiancee usually will only eat veggies if they are drowned in butter or cheese sauce. We love spicey foods... and this was great. I did not have fresh garlic only dehydrated so I sprinkled on some fresh ground garlic. also I did not have chili powder so I used something called Butt Rub.It was wonderful. Will definately do it again and try it on green beans next. I cant say enough on how good this is, I sent it out to several people to try. Yummy and so good for you too.Read more

    Superb flavor!

This recipe was great! I'm not sure about the user who said it had a burnt garlic taste, i followed the recipe exactly and it... was perfectly cooked. With this many 5 star ratings I would say that it was cook not the recipe that deserved 1 star. This recipe is fantastic! I had a guy who HATES broccoli over and he tried it to be polite, and loved it and asked his wife to remember the recipe. My husband give very few compliments and was wowed by it! Read more

Works great with asparagus as well.

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
My husbands like asparagus better than broccoli so we tried that. Even my daughter liked it. This recipe also works great on... the grill. Just wrap it in foil and toss it on the grill for about 15 minutes.Read more
