Loved that this recipe uses the entire broccoli. Used a Weber grill mix, and it worked beautifully. Needed to cook a little more than 20 minutes to get that totally roasted (and crunchy effect.

This was very easy to put together, and not time consuming at all, and I used mrs. Dash fiesta Lime seasoning instead of the grill seasoning really good, my only complaint was I should have made a double portion. :-

I had broccoli and cauliflower to use up in the fridge so went on a mission to find a recipe that did not use lemon, as the main dish I was making used lemon. Watch the video, because it explains how to make the steak seasoning. This allows for a cut down on the salt if desired. I just used the florets of the broccoli and cauliflower, and then added some chunks of ploblano pepper that also needed to be used up. Wowsers. This was fantastic! This is definitely on my rotation list. I laughed my asp off when I watched the video because Rachael Ray says she used to call broccoli "trees" when she was a little girl. So did my daughter, Rachel.

This was very tasty and I steamed the vegetables instead of roasting them. I'm so glad I found this recipe...beats just plain steamed vegetables. Now I have another way of preparing broccoli. Thanks Rachael!

Nice modification to the somewhat bland steamed recipes for broccoli. Although they came out a little dry, I would try blanching them first..

My favorite of all veggie recipes. Because my family likes the heat, I actually use 1/2 Tbsp Reg. Montreal Steak Seasoning and a 1/2 Tbsp. of the Spicy Montreal Steak Seasoning. Yum!

Fantastic! I piled on the chopped garlic & the grill seasoning and it was perfecto. The garlic did not burn or turn bitter, nor was the dish salty. With so few ingredients, it's hard to jack this up really.
