I love the roasted garlic flavor, however, the montreal steak seasoning made it WILDLY salty - I couldn't even eat it. I am making this again, but next time just with olive oil and garlic - then it will be perfect.

This is great. I didn't have enough broccoli so I also used cauliflower and zucchini. This is a nice way to change up the veggies. It is great to do something different to shake up roasted veggies. It is a keeper.

I used Lawrys Salt with the chili powder and you definately do not want to go over the 1 tablespoon with the salt. Less is more, and you can always add seasoning later. Love love love this recipe! <3 <3

This was pretty good, although I should have roasted the broccoli only about 12 minutes, so it would've remained crunchy. But the oil/garlic/seasoning combo was excellent, and I'll use it on other veggies. I didn't have any "grill seasoning blend", so I used a salt-free adobo seasoning, plus freshly ground pepper and a sprinkling of salt. It appears some reviewers are unaware that the first ingredient in the recommended steak seasoning blend is salt! But I'll make this again, only make sure I don't roast it as long as directed.

My favorite broccoli recipe! Sometimes I add cauliflower too.

Too Salty! The idea sounds delicious but don't get too generous on the Montreal seasoning b/c it's way too strong for a vegetable. I'll try it again but I will be super LIGHT on the montreal.

Loved that this recipe uses the entire broccoli. Used a Weber grill mix, and it worked beautifully. Needed to cook a little more than 20 minutes to get that totally roasted (and crunchy effect.

This was very easy to put together, and not time consuming at all, and I used mrs. Dash fiesta Lime seasoning instead of the grill seasoning really good, my only complaint was I should have made a double portion. :-

I had broccoli and cauliflower to use up in the fridge so went on a mission to find a recipe that did not use lemon, as the main dish I was making used lemon. Watch the video, because it explains how to make the steak seasoning. This allows for a cut down on the salt if desired. I just used the florets of the broccoli and cauliflower, and then added some chunks of ploblano pepper that also needed to be used up. Wowsers. This was fantastic! This is definitely on my rotation list. I laughed my asp off when I watched the video because Rachael Ray says she used to call broccoli "trees" when she was a little girl. So did my daughter, Rachel.
