I really loved what the roasting did to the broccoli texture, but it was definitely WAY TOO SALTY. I think next time I'll try what some others did, which is to use a salt free seasoning in place of McCormick's Montreal Steak Seasoning.

This was terrific!!! I cut down the baking time to 15 minutes, though.

RaeRae did it again. This was fantastic!!! I prepared as listed and it as delish! Not too salty but I can see how going heavy-handed w/ the grill seasonig could lead to that. Will make again. I'm not a kitchen person so if I can make them in a jiff - anyone can.

This recipe has become a favorite and I serve it everytime I have people over. Instead of using a prepared grill spice mix,I make my own using one I found online. This may have reduced the salt factor because I have never found it to be too salty. I will continue making this one for years to come!

I loved this recipe, it was great on the tastebuds. But i don't understand why some reviewers are complaining hat it's too salty, the recipe does not instruct to add salt! People should read their recipes thoroughly before cooking and criticizing it.

Loved this recipe! I cook fresh veggies everyday and so I am always on the hunt for recipes that are quick, easy, and flavorful. This fits the bill in all ways. My husband & I both enjoyed the intense flavors and the "al dente" texture of the roasted broccoli

Tried this recipe out last night and it was a hit. It's a great alternative to steaming fresh broccoli---who knew a veggie could be healthy and have so much flavor. Will definitely try this again. It's quite quick and easy.

love it! soooo much better than steamed broccoli, roasting it adds such a great texture/crunch. :
