We love brocolli, but get tired of the same old recipes. This one was not only different (never thought of roasting brocolli but it was packed with flavor. Delicious!!! Would cut back on the grill seasoning next time to reduce the salt intake, but it'll be a regular at our family dining table.

I love this dish! This is one of my favorite veggie side dishes. I passed the recipe onto my neighbors and they loved it just as much!

I made this once and it became an instant hit with my husband who hates broccoli. I make it all the time. Roasting broccoli is something I never thought about, but it is really good!

This is a tasty twist to broccoli... There might be a little too much chili powder, but you can just season it to taste. Next time I might add asparagus to the broccoli... I bet that would also be tasty. This is great with red meat or chicken.

This is a simple and awesome side dish. I've made it twice but still haven't perfected it. Too much oil and the broccoli can be greasy and too little oil and there isn't enough flavor. Worth spending the time perfecting though!

This is the best broccoli I've ever had. I didn't use the chili powder (wasn't in line with the rest of my dinner theme but kept everything else the same and it was amazing. It had much better depth of flavor than steamed broccoli. A must try - you will be glad you did.

I've done this in the oven and on the grill. The oven method's ok, but on the grill is fabulous. It's easiest to coat in a lidded bowl that you can shake. Pour the broccoli on some aluminum foil on the top rack of your grill and leave it while you bbq some chicken or burgers.

The recipe sounded much better than it tasted. I'm good at following recipes and this was no exception, yet the broccoli was wilted at the end. It was spicy, but something still felt like it missing. The flavor was incomplete. It was a snap to make. I like broccoli and I love spicy, but the dish just didn't work for some reason. I'll keep thinking on it because different ways to cook veggies is generally a good idea.
