Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Drizzle potatoes with a generous pour of extra-virgin olive oil. Toss potatoes with seasoning and coarse salt and pepper. Place potatoes on a nonstick baking sheet and roast 20 minutes or until just tender. Give the baking sheet a good shake after 10 minutes to avoid sticking.

    Wow cumin and chili powder instead of salt and pepper I added steak seasoning as seen on the show.

    I never would have thought to add these 2 spices together and the result was fabulous. I let them cook a little longer bc we like them soft and crispy but they were a big hit and I will definitely be making them again!

    Winter, Spring, Summer... you'll Fall for this side any time of the year. Goes just so well with so many types of chicken and meat dishes. A breeze to make and packed with flavor. Have been making this delight for a long time now and will continue to do so!!! Keep this one handy.
