Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds small red skinned potatoes quartered
- Extra-virgin olive oil, to coat
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- Salt and pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

I never would have thought to add these 2 spices together and the result was fabulous. I let them cook a little longer bc we like them soft and crispy but they were a big hit and I will definitely be making them again!
