Such a good recipe for a quicker meal! Even with a short cut it was a bit of work, but really tasty. Instead of using fresh tomatillos, I used a green taco sauce from the grocery store. Next time I'll use a little less chicken stock, because the taco sauce is already thinner than the tomatillos would have been. Could probably use even a bit more heat. The cheese combination really added a great flavor! Will definitely make it again!

This is wonderful! The only thing I did to make it less fat is reduced each amount of cheese to 3/4 cup, reduce the creme fraiche to 1/4 cup, and reduced the chips to 6 ounces - which brought the calories down to 403, 19 grams of fat and 3 fiber. SO GOOD!

We had been looking for a way to incorporate new flavors (namely tomatillos into our cooking and when we saw Racheal make this yesterday we ran to the grocery to get all of the ingredients. We did use a combination of ground turkey and ground chicken because the chicken (at least from our grocer had a much higher fat content. We also reduced the amount of cheese and it still tasted delicious. While we love Mexican food we had never tried anything like this before (love that Racheal explained what "Suizas" refers to Great flavor with out a lot of heat...we will definitely be making this again very soon!

This one is a winner! It is so full of bright flavors - it just pops in your mouth. I used shredded chicken instead of ground chicken, just because that was what I happened to have on hand. The only change I will make next time is to reduce the amount of liquid a bit or add some corn starch, as the sauce was pretty watery.

It took me 60 min start to finish. Nice flavor. The flax chips make a difference.

This is a great meal to serve all ages. The tomatillo sauce for this dish is zesty without being too tart or "strange" for the little ones. The heat is on the mild side and can be zipped up with a red pepper shaker on the table.
Perfect with cold margaritas! Thanks!

Everyone can take a recipe and add their own ingredients but this one, s it's written, is superb! I saw it on today's episode of 30 minute meals and had to try it. There were no leftovers.
