I was a little nervous with these ingredients, but I went for it and was thrilled. This dish tastes great, looks great, and is really filling. Only change was chipotle--Rachel said you could use chili powder if you couldn't find chipotle; we just don't like chipotle so I used the chili powder and it was great. The water chestnuts and cashews each add their own awesome crunch. Just great. This will be a staple.

We loved this recipe. Yeah there are a lot of items in it and it took a little longer than 30 minutets - but being organized helps!! We loved the fact that it was hot and sweet at the same time!! One of the best that I have made!! I couldn't find Chipolte Adobe so I just used chipolte powder and it was still great!! LOVED IT!!

This is a great dish, and is fantastic if you like hot dishes. Just watch the seeds in the chipotle peppers, remove them to tone it down if you like.

My family loved this dish. A little warm for me. I just toned the chilis down a bit and it was perfect. I loved the combination of flavors.

I think I used a little too much chipotle in adobo. The dish was very very spicy. It was good but I would tone down the spice and bump up the sweet.

As the title says...spicy and delish! I found this to be an outstanding dish.

Great recipe, though I would suggest only using 1 tablespoon of the chipolte in adobo, otherwise it's a bit hot for me. Not bad reheated, though the nuts loose a bit of their crisp and the dish gets hotter after sitting in the fridge than it originally was.

Made this fairly quickly but sustituted Indian rice and left out the water cress. The sweetness took away from the spice so I think I'll tone down the honey and syrup next time. The peas and peppers really made it look appetizing and were perfect with the chicken and rice.

I agree with the other reviews. This was fine but seemed like a lot of ingredients and effort for a flavor that wasn't all that special. I could have done my own stir fry without a recipe and it would have been better.
