Only one word to describe this and that is "EXCELLENT". I got a bit confused with the instructions cause I was trying to do a half batch, but managed pretty well and it is definitely being added to my keeper list. A real treat and not too heavy on the gut. Mouchos gracias Rachel.

    This was absolutely delicious!!!

My husband loved it...we aren't so keen on brown rice, but mixed with the onions, butter and cooked w the stock...it was outstanding!!

I didn't have real maple syrup, so I cut half of the dosage in half and replaced it with pancake syrup, the rest honey...yummy!

Rachel, this was outstanding! This is one of those "healthy" recipes, but unlike so many others, this one is packed with flavor! There's really a lot going on here. I love chipotles, so I doubled the amount in the recipe, but also added extra honey to offset the heat just a bit. The flavor in this dish is quite complex - I'll definitely be making this again!

This was very tasty. At first bite, I didn't know what to think. Cumin mixed with soy sauce and maple syrup was definitely different, but after a few bites I was comfortable with it and thought it was quite tasty. The only change I made was to use quinoa instead of brown rice. I would make it again, although I may cut back a bit on the Cumin. It was a pretty strong flavor.

This is a "fireworks in your mouth" kinda recipe. Perfect just the way it is. My husband and I both love spicy, and my husband also likes sweet, so it's a perfect balance all around. So many different flavors, yet they all work so well together...whoda thunk? Today, I made it using sugar snap peas instead of green peas....yummo girl. In the past (I've made this many times, I've used some peanut oil and some sesame oil to cook the chicken in...that added a twist in flavor! Anyway, an incredible, memorable meal...a KEEPER fer sure!

My husband and I enjoyed the flavors and heat of this dish, but unfortunately, it was too much for the kids. I wish I had realized how spicy this dish was prior to serving it so I would have had sour cream on hand to temper the heat.

Where do you get such amazing ideas for a recipe.... so many different flavors perfectly blended together. Loved the touch of maple & honey at the end. I have made this dish twice till now and am definitely going to make it again. This is one of my favorite recipes.
Thanks a ton, Rachael Ray! You Rock! Love you.

I followed the recipe and it was delicious! Watch out for the chipotles they could be a little bit spicy, although it is a really nice heat, not one that burns your tongue. I'd definitely recommend this one!
