    I didn't care for this dip much-- the flavor and texture of the feta overwhelmed any veggies it was on. Someone else suggested reducing the feta and adding cream cheese. If I make this again, I'll try that approach.

    I just made this. I was quick and easy and tastes great. Both my wife and I think it would make an excellent sandwich dressing...maybe a grilled chicken sandwich. mmmmmm

    This is a great dip, fast and easy. I like to use thick slicked veggies to scoop up all the dip or really thick chips.

    This dip was so good that I could not stop eating it. I loved the addition of thyme. Plus, it gives us an excuse to eat our veggies raw--yeah!

    This is a hearty and flavorful dip - not your usual cream cheese or mayonnaise based dip. I've brought this to 2 parties and everyone wants the recipe

    This was really yummy. It went great with veggies. I did use 1/2lb of feta cheese and 1/2cup sour cream. That mix turned out great. This is a lovely mediterranean flavored dip that keeps you coming back for more. Thanks Rachel for another great recipe.
