So so easy. I am a dark chocolate lover, and I changed out to dark chips. then today in desperation, I used a 4oz. dark chocolate baking bar and instead of liquor, I replaced it with dark chocolate syrup. Oh my. So so good. It takes longer for the dark chocolate to set. I don't know why, but i make a day ahead. Thank you Rachael !!!!

This was delicous and easy. I used gran marnier in the chocolate mixture and also added a dash to my whipping cream as I was whipping it. I topped these with some grated dark chocolate. Very impressive for minimal amount of work!!

Fantastic dessert! If you're a chocoholic who can boil milk, you may never leave the house again. Chocolate is the main ingredient, so use a brand you like to eat.

I was a little skeptical of this recipe because it was so simple. I couldn't believe it when I tasted it, as it tastes like something you would spend a lot of time cooking and stirring over. Made just as listed only I used chocolate liquor for the flavoring. Will definitely make again!!

I love chocolate and these little chocolate delights were quick and easy and DELICIOUS!!!! It takes 5 minutes to make and my husband loved them, and, my neighbors fought over them. I made a batch with Amarretto and flavored the whipping cream with almond extract...."YUM-O"

Yummm. Small demi cups perfect size. Skip liquor and add a teaspoon of instant coffee to add to richness. Don't fully cool, leave as a thick liquid and serve with churros. Truly decadent.

I've made this recipe several times and each time it has gotten raves! I usually use Framboise for the liquor as I love the taste of raspberries and chocolate. The recipe seems to make more than it states. A favorite is to buy the pre-made, tiny phyllo cups (found in grocery store freezers. I baked them a bit longer in the oven to make them more crispy. After they've cooled I fill them with the chocolate mixture and refrigerate til set (never had a problem with them setting. I then pipe or dollop a small bit of sweetened, whipped cream on the top. If in season, a fresh raspberry too! They are bite sized and perfect for a party. Make them the day before - all the chocolate lovers will love you!

Regular chocolate pudding from the package tastes better and is easier. This was so so and it had an odd after taste.

My wife isn't a huge chocolate lover but I made this for her for Valentine's day. She loved it and asked me to make it again! It's super simple. I substituted the milk with cream. USE THE SMALL dishes. It's very rich and satisfing!
