I made this for a small gathering and everyone loved it. I altered it a bit for the non-seafood eaters by omiting the shrimp and crumbling the chorizo and it still tasted delicious.

This was so easy to prepare. I saw the show and decided to make something different. I don't eat pork, so I substituted turkey smoked sausages. The chipotle's were not in the mexican food section at three grocery stores, but an easy find at Wal-mart. The directions were easy to follow and it took no time at all. I highly recommend it. I only caution the use of chipotles... they are potent.

I've made this dip several times now and each time, it's a huge hit! It literally takes five minutes to prepare and it's best to rinse the chipotle peppers well before adding to the mixture.

Everyone who has had it raves about it and wants to know what the "secret" is:-

These were a last minute thought for dinner one night and they were fantastic. Took me more than 30 mins. though, but well worth it.
