This is so delicious! Next time I'll buy a jar of roasted red pepper and save that step. Has anyone tried this with soy chorizo?

Great alternative to traditional chili. (What fun would that be? The chorizo has a kick to it which brought a nice spicy flavor. Oh and the corn muffin topping is a must. (Seriously the best idea ever!!

It took a while to make all the components but it was well worth it. It was the bomb of all chilis. Always loved the buffalo chicken chili..this one might have blown it out of the park. It is so hard and hit the spot last night as it was cold and raw out! This chili ROCKS!!
